1. Registration for admission is open only for LKG.
2. The child must complete 3 years by 31st May 2018.
3. Fill the required details in the appropriate boxes.
4. Kindly provide proper email address and phone number as it will be used for further communication regarding admission.
5. The downloaded application should be printed and a passport size photo of the child to be affixed.
6. Printed application should be submitted at the school office with a payment of Rs.500 in cash.
7. The following documents to be attached while submitting the form in school:
   • Photocopy of the Birth Certificate
   • Photocopy of the Community Certificate
   • Photocopy of the Residence Proof
8. Date and time for submitting the form in school:
   • Date: 29/Jan/2018 ( Monday ) to 31/Jan/2018 ( Wednesday )
   • Time: 9.00am to 12.00 noon
9. Parents will be intimated through SMS if the application is shortlisted.
10. The number of applications that we receive would be in excess of the number of children that we can admit, may result in disappointment to those who cannot be accommodated. We do understand your concern as a parent but at the same time we believe that you will appreciate our constraints in case your child is not admitted. Your co-operation and understanding would be appreciated.

   RTE Applications will be issued at the school as per the Government procedure.
